How to delete a Microsoft Ads account

My new Microsoft ads account was suspended. I appealed and it was denied. There is now no way to access my account to do anything. All I want to do now is delete my microsoft ads account completely, as I don't want my personal and financial information to remain in Microsoft, as I no longer will be doing business with them.

I did a chat with the ads team and basically was told that my account could not be deleted while it was suspended, and once I got the suspension removed, they could then deactivate the account and after 180 days it would be deleted. I then asked to chat with a supervisor and was told the supervisor was in a meeting and couldn't be reached.

What?? I can't get the suspension removed, so apparently my account can't be deleted and they wouldn't let me escalate the issue.

I seem to be on a turntable I can't get off of and all I want to do is have my account deleted immediately so that my personal and financial information does not remain available to Microsoft.

Can anyone direct me to someone who can delete my ads account immediately. This seemingly simple thing seems to be impossible to do.
