Need to reset MFA when accessing Azure Portal with Outlook email

Hello everyone, I need to reset/turn off MFA on Azure since I'm not able to access Azure Portal.

I can normally configure MFA when accessing Outlook and Office apps, but when I try to access Azure Portal sometimes I receive the error "AADSTS5000225 Sign In failed", and sometimes I receive another MFA screen in which I can't authenticate.

I have the Microsoft Authenticator set-up in my device, but the options are not matching the ones I configured in account.microsoft.com.

Looking forward for your guidance.

Best Regards,

Rogerio

when every page keeps dragging u back like that it usually means the portal‑side mfa record’s too broken for anything tied to azure…the only way around the loop is using the general MS help page that doesn’t ask u to sign in and choosing “i can’t sign in”; they can open the case manually and reset the bad mfa for u.
