I bought a Microsoft surface 10 laptop in October 2020?. In late 2025 I had a network glitch power out event occur, after that, on startup i was prompted for a system password which I don't know, I never get to my personal login screen, ivam blocked by this system password. I have had a technician look at this and cannot solve it. He said he needs the system password.can surface or Microsoft give me a new system passeor
