Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I recently purchased a new Microsoft Laptop (Model: Microsoft Laptop Go 3) from an authorized seller. However, upon checking the warranty status on the Microsoft website, I noticed that the warranty period is not reflecting correctly according to my actual purchase date.

Since this is a brand-new product, I kindly request you to update the warranty start date as per the purchase invoice. I am attaching a copy of the purchase bill for your verification and records.

Below are the product details for your reference:

• Model: Microsoft Laptop Go 3 • Serial Number: 0B33CK<removed PII> • Date of Purchase: 17/01/2026 Invoice Number #FAT5D<removed PII>

• Place of Purchase: TECH-CONNECT RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED, warehouse saidham, G warehouse, At village-dohale, post padgha, opp vaishnavdevi mandir, taluka bhiwandi, dist. Thane, Maharashtra india 4211011 IN-MH, gstin-27AAICA4872D1ZO / FlipKart]

I request you to please validate the invoice and correct the warranty period at the earliest.

If any additional information or documentation is required, please let me know.

Thank you for your support and assistance.

Sincerely, Dr.Amjad <mod: PII Redacted>
