Stuck in Certificate-Based Authentication (CBA) loop – Unable to access Security Info or enroll personal iOS device

I am unable to enroll my personal iPhone in Intune Company Portal due to a certificate-based authentication requirement.

After entering my password, I see: “More information required” → then “No certificate detected.”

Additionally, I cannot access https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info from either:

  • My personal iPhone

In both cases, it requires certificate-based authentication.

Microsoft Authenticator is already configured and push notifications work.

It appears my account is targeted by a Conditional Access policy enforcing Certificate-Based Authentication (CBA) or phishing-resistant Authentication Strength at primary sign-in, which is preventing:

Access to Security Info page

Completion of BYOD Intune enrollment

Could someone please check if my account is included in a CBA / Authentication Strength policy and advise on temporary exclusion so I can complete enrollment?

    Hello Vertika Pandey,

Hope this is already sorted. If not please reach out to the internal IT to check the conditional access policy for your account.
Please reach out to me on Teams if you need help contacting IT.
