Missing custom labels in Merchant Store fee (imported from Google Ads)

I imported all campaigns from Google Ads, including the feed for the Merchant Center.

However, it looks like the custom labels have not been imported.

I also cannot see the list of products in the Microsoft Ads Merchant Center, only an overview of the number of products imported.

Where can I set up the custom labels for the feed? And where can I see the list of products?

    Hello Silke,

Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Learn Q&A Platform!

It sounds like you’re having some trouble with custom labels not appearing after importing your Google Merchant center to the Microsoft Ads Merchant Center, as well as not being able to see the list of products.

Here’s what you can do to address these issues:

For viewing custom labels, you can check it directly from your feed file or you can view it from the product section.

1.Go to your Microsoft merchant center store then click on Feeds

2.Click your feed file (Must not be the default catalog & You should be able to see the product offers)

3.Download the feed and check for the custom_label attribute.

Custom label attribute from Google is being supported by Microsoft Advertising.

What Google feed file attributes can I use?
