I understand that you’re in an urgent need of a direct link to the Surface Pro 3 recovery image. However, for Surface, Microsoft does not provide a static link – the correct image can be generated only after validating the device information:
- Open the Surface Recovery Image Download page
- Scroll down > Select your model:
Surface Pro - Enter the serial number > click Continue.
- Download the suitable
.zipIMAGE. - Extract all files into a USB (16GB + FAT32)
- Boot from UEFI and choose Recovery from a drive.
In case you want to look for Surface Pro 3 driver and firmware separately, check out: Download drivers and firmware for Surface - Microsoft Support. These are the only supported paths to download Surface’s components.
