1. Open the Surface Recovery Image Download page
2. Scroll down > Select your model: Surface Pro
3. Enter the serial number > click Continue.
4. Download the suitable .zip IMAGE.
5. Extract all files into a USB (16GB + FAT32)
6. Boot from UEFI and choose Recovery from a drive.

When I go to the MS Surface download page, I am directed every time to a Windows installation download. That is not what I need. I need the drivers for the keyboard and touchpad before I can reach installation
