Hello,

I have a Microsoft Advertising sandbox account

that appears to be inactive/suspended.

OAuth authentication works correctly, but all API calls (GetAccountsInfo,

AddCampaigns) fail with Code 105: "account is inactive".

Could you please:

  2. Confirm if promotional credits are available for sandbox testing
