My hotmail account has been deleted and I cannot retrieve it. Please reinstate it.

If I may ask, do you see any unfamiliar email addresses/phone numbers when trying to sign in to your account or when resetting the password?
Lastly, may I know when was the last time you successfully signed in to your Hotmail account?

I was able to sign in last week. I was changing outlook log in’ and it seems to have deleted this account.
I’m not even allowed to get to the point of changing passwords. It simply says my account is gone. Funny thing is when I use my passcode for the new account it identifies my former address “shesallshe@hotmail” as the passcode being utilized but diverts me to my new outlook account. So, that tells me the email is in the system but outlook wants to eliminate it for some reason

With the technology of today I find it impossible to believe the account is not retrievable.
