Table problems (Microsoft Access)

Thank you for the update.

Since Access is showing as unlicensed on your new computer, the issue is most likely related to activation.

First, please check whether you are signed in with the correct Microsoft account: Open Access > File > Account and make sure you are signed in with the Microsoft account associated with your Microsoft 365 Family subscription.

Also, are you currently signed in to Microsoft 365 on more than five devices? In some cases, this can affect activation on a new computer.

If you are already signed in, please try signing out and then signing back in again.

Additionally, you may try refreshing the license status by going to File > Account > Update License and then restarting Access.

After that, please check whether the issue still occurs and if you are able to edit the table again.

To better understand the issue, could you please share a bit more detail:

-When you say you can’t use “Go To New”, are you referring to the option under Home > Find > Go To > New, or the new (blank) record (*) at the bottom of the table navigation bar?

-Is that option greyed out, or do you see an error message when you try to use it? If so, please share the exact message.

-Are you still able to edit existing records in the table, or is the entire table read-only?

-Does this happen with only one database file, or with multiple Access databases?

-Where is the database file currently stored (local drive, OneDrive, or a network/shared folder)?

In the meantime, if the option is greyed out, please check whether the database file is set to Read-only: Right-click the .accdb file > Properties > make sure Read-only is not checked.

Access stated my next payment was due March

Microsoft said it was due now.

New computer and I have reloaded my Family pack which is not due for renewal until 15th March. The file says unlicensed. This is probably the problem. The table cannot be changed. Thanks for your help. [Moderator note: personal info removed]
