How to fix surface laptop 5 that will not turn on

Hello,

My surface laptop 5 suddenly stopped turning on. When I press the power button it flashes the windows logo 3 times with the screen glitching and then does not turn on. I took it to a ubreakifix store, they mentioned it might be somthing with the drive or os but could not be sure. I was thinking about sending it to the Microsoft repair service but I have important data that I do not want to loose. What should I do next
