How to see Teams Multiple Camera view in a mobile phone

Hello,

We have an MTR using Multiple Camera View for 3 cameras in the room. When I start a meeting, the remote users that connect with a Windows computer or Windows laptop are able to see the 3 cameras and switch between them but, the remote users that connect with any mobile phone are NOT able to see the 3 cameras or switch between them, they can just see one camera (in this case the default camera in the MTR).

We tested with iPhone 14 and 2 different Android phones and doesn't work in any. The 3 phones are OS updated and the Teams app too.

How can we let the mobile phones see and switch between the multiple camera view?

Thanks!

    Dear @Julieta,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I’m happy to assist you.

Currently, Multiple Camera View is supported for remote participants using Microsoft Teams Desktop (Windows and Mac) and Teams Rooms on Windows. At this time, the Teams mobile app on Android or iOS does not include this feature.

Visit here for more details: Multiple camera view in Microsoft Teams Rooms

For Teams Rooms on Android, you might find some useful options here: Microsoft Teams Rooms (Android).

If mobile users need better visibility, consider the following alternatives:

    • Share content from cameras (for example, using Content Camera) so key views are visible to all participants.
    • Enable IntelliFrame or AI framing features (available with Teams Rooms Pro) to improve the single-camera experience. For more details, visit: Cloud IntelliFrame.

I agree that having Multiple Camera View on Android/iOS would be a great enhancement, as it improves flexibility and engagement.

Therefore, I recommend submitting feedback to Microsoft via the Teams app (Help > Give feedback), or through Feedback Hub by

Go to: Microsoft 365 Feedback Hub > Send Feedback > Describe your proposal in detail.    User's image

Sharing your experience through this channel is the most impactful way to advocate for a change that would benefit you and other users.

Thank you again for your patience and for bringing this to our attention. While I can't change the product's design, please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions about its current functionality. Your perspective is important, and I’m confident it will support the continued development of the Teams and Teams Meeting Room.

If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out. We're here to help. Thank you very much for your understanding and your cooperation.
