I have followed all of the steps ... I verified that we have a MS 365 subscription. I have ensured that no backend blocks were done. I have Coplilot every where ... word, outlook, excel and even in Teams but the Coplilot button is not there in teams meeting even though in Teams Admin it is turned on.

    Hi @Hanifa,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A Forum.

May I reconfirm if the Copilot you mentioned is the Copilot tab in Teams?

    User's image

If so, may I know whether the Copilot tab appeared previously and then suddenly disappeared? I also noticed that you tagged your question under “Business.” Would you mind checking with your colleagues to see if they are experiencing the same behavior?

In the meantime, if Copilot has suddenly disappeared, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1- If you're using Teams on the web, please try sign out and sign back in, clear your browser cache and try using an incognito/private tab to check if Copilot is visible.

2- For the Teams desktop app:

    • Sign out and sign back in.
    • Check for the latest update version.
    • Try Repair/Reset via Settings > Installed apps > Microsoft Teams. User's image
    • Clear Teams cache by follow this article: Clear the Teams client cache

I'm looking forward to your response.

If you are unable to find the Copilot in Microsoft Teams, it could be due to several reasons. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check License Assignment: Ensure that you are assigned a license that supports Microsoft 365 Copilot. If you have recently been assigned a new license, it may take some time for it to propagate.
    2. Verify Organization Policies: Confirm with your Microsoft 365 admin that Copilot is not blocked by your organization's policies.
    3. Inspect Internet Connectivity: Make sure that your internet connection meets the necessary requirements for Copilot to function correctly.
    4. Check for Updates: Ensure that your Microsoft Teams app is updated to the latest version, as Copilot may not be available in older versions.
    5. Reinstall the App: If the Copilot app is still missing, try reinstalling the Copilot for Sales app from the Teams app store. You can do this by signing in to Microsoft Teams, selecting Apps from the navigation bar, searching for Copilot for Sales, and then selecting Add.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
