I'm sorry, but don't waste your time and energy submitting an idea or suggestion. The fact that MS removed the greatly desired option of repositioning the taskbar (especially in the era of widescreen monitors) says they don't care. Previous commentors on this post are correct. This has been discussed ad nauseam by furious Windows users who are seeing Microsoft engineers throw away basic and popular functionality they used to use every day (try the new Outlook app and see if you can even find an accessibility option), only to get the finger from Microsoft.
In the early 2000s I was proud to be a Windows developer. I helped create amazing enterprise systems that were cutting edge and 100% accessible. One system was used by blind service desk employees to manage customer calls, place orders, schedule event attendance and such. Back then, Microsoft was an amazing company with amazing products. Since Windows 11, people are leaving Microsoft by the millions.
My recommendation is, if you don't require Windows-based applications to do your work... if you use browser-based apps for everything (heck, even Microsoft Office is broswer-based now), that you switch to another OS, such as Zorin OS, which now looks more like Windows that Windows does, and has all the functionality and customizability you need, without the built-in Microsoft bloat.
