When a speaker shares their screen during a Teams meeting to a group of attendees, is there a way to view those attendees where they are visible at the bottom of the screen (not at the top or right side of the screen)? And if there is a way to do this, is there a limit as the number of attendees that this can be done?

    Dear @DARLENE TROUTMAN.

    Welcome to Q&A Forum.

    I'm happy to assist you.
Regarding your concern, to answer your question about whether it's possible to move attendees to the bottom of the screen during screen sharing in Microsoft Teams. I'd love to inform you that currently, Microsoft Teams does not offer a built-in feature to manually reposition the attendee video gallery to the bottom of the screen during screen sharing. The default layout typically places the gallery at the top or side, depending on your screen size, device, and Teams client version.

Teams automatically adjusts the gallery layout based on the number of participants and screen size.

You can switch between views like Gallery, Large Gallery, and Together Mode by clicking the “…” (More actions) menu during a meeting and selecting “View”.

If the attendee gallery is obstructing your view, you can select “Focus on content” from the “…” menu to hide participant videos and maximize the shared screen
