Based on your screenshot, it looks like your Edge is managed so I assume it is a work or a school account. Try to disconnect the account in Settings > Accounts > Access work or school and then select the account and disconnect. To reconnect, go to Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts > Add a work or school account
If this doesn't work, you will have to contact your system administrator from your organization to fix this.
