Sorry we weren't able to save photo

My Surface Book 2 prompted this message when I tried taking photo using the front and back camera. This is the first time I'm trying this on the laptop.

Any advice?

    Thanks Barb. Found a solution from the link you provided.

    To all.....the solution is:

    1. Open My Picture folder.
    2. Create a new folder and name it....Camera Roll
    3. That's it!!! Now the Camera can record and store video and photo.

    I must have deleted Camera Roll folder when I was doing housekeeping.
