bluetooth connection

i have a pair of Proxelle bluetooth headphones.They will not pait with my Surface Book. I have switcched everything else off!!

Any ideas?

    Some devices can't pair with multiple computers/phones. Can you remove from the iPhone and see if that makes a difference.

    Can you please provide a link online to the user guide for these earphones and a link to the product itself?

    When you say the Surface "does not pick up", does this mean when you put the earphones in pairing mode and add a new bluetooth device that it is not discovered at all?

    I searched Amazon for both terms above and found nothing. Can you supply an actual link to what you purchased? Do they have LED lights that indicate pairing status? Did they come with a user guide that explains how to pair and to check the pairing status?

    Please help me to help YOU by providing a link to the product you purchased. I can only guess without more information..

    Ok.

    They are for sale on Amazon and called Proxelle Xenon or Xenon Proxelle.

    I can't find any manual regarding them but as tey only have an on/off and volume button, I presume they pair automatically.

    I have taken them off the iphone which seems to make no difference.When I press the add device button i get

    unknown device and after pressing that nothing happens. Xenon does not appear like on the iphone/

    Thanks for your response.

    i meant i had turned all the other blue tooth devices off in the house.

    the earphones seem to have paired with my iphone where they come up as Xenon.

    still no luck with my Surface . It just does not pick it up.

    i have run the bluetooth trouble shooter and every thing seems ok

    I can't find a link to this Proxelle product or the user guide. And I don't know if they require a pairing PIN, etc. or if they weren't even discovered, so I need some details to provide better assistance.

    (Also what exactly did you "switch off")?
