There is no way to block the reporting on these clicks/conversions. Our machine learning continually works to improve the quality of the clicks and conversions and will retroactively remove the charges for clicks and conversions determined to be invalid or of low quality.
Based on the information gathered from search patterns and the performance of campaign data, these invalid clicks/conversions will be blocked in the future.
